The Toopher boys decided 1) they should attend Blues on the Green as a group and 2) they needed a way to find one another. This flag is quite large… maybe 6 feet long.
At the end of each year I hand over my ID badge and work keys… I suppose just in case I vacation to Europe and never want to return. Lack of keys = lack of work responsibilities… at least for a few months.
They hushed the crowd to do the best “unplugged” sound they could pull off in a huge amphitheater. It actually turned out quite well.
We had our wonderfully amazing friends over for dinner one last time before our Europe trip. Unfortunately, I was feeling close to death and didn’t want to even stand up, much less focus on taking a good picture. So, here you go.
It was my last day with kids and what we thought would be Clara’s last day in town for a Trudy’s run before she tours with Drum Corps all summer.
Austin started a Sound & Cinema series of bands and movies in the park. This was a Bowie cover band, which was followed by a showing of The Labyrinth.
