I think this was my second favorite moment of our Brussels trip! The Neuhaus chocolate factory is located at the edge of the city and totally worth the trip out. They have the equivalent of all you can eat samples and chocolate available for purchase at ridiculously cheap prices. We’re talking 150-200 pieces for $25. Amazing chocolate!!! Too bad our month more of travel through 90 degree unairconditioned temperatures will not support chocolate transportation.
My first favorite moment was drinking Belgian beer with Evan, Kim, and Mario (Evan’s work friend). We had such a great night!
Sacre Coeur Basilica is a block from our apartment in Montmartre. Montmartre is famous for it’s former artists including Renoir, Picasso, Toulouse-Lautrec, Dali, Monet, van Gogh, and Mondrian.
The flip board at Gare du Nord – Evan, Kim, and I spent hours at the train station trying to coordinate a week of trains with three different itineraries.
Helicopter seeds.
About 9 months ago Adam was away, and I gathered a cup of these awesome seeds for his as a welcome home gift. He never threw them, and finally! today! we went out to the big bridge and tossed them off to enjoy their decent for as long as possible.
